One of my favourite rituals is sea swimming with my local group, The Sharks. Every Sunday, we dive into the Atlantic, followed by coffee and laughs before heading back to family life. It’s a reminder of how important community, movement, and fun are in keeping life balanced.
I also love running, swimming in the pool, and coaching underage football — and cheering on Finn and Ben at their games. These moments keep me grounded and remind me why balance isn’t just something I coach, it’s something I live every day.
